Flexi has years of experience producing tours and installing audioguides. We employ specialist scriptwriters and voiceovers whom we carefully select after discussion with our clients and whom we feel are best suited to that particular job.

All aspects of the tours are discussed in conjunction with curators and staff from inception until completion. This ensures that not only are those items highlighted which your curatorial team wishes the visitor to see, but we also take into account their impact on visitor flow. Our knowledge of the way visitors use audioguides means that within the structure of the tour we can address this and other related problems.

To ensure the highest quality, all our writers work in conjunction with a Project Manager to assist with the logistics and editing and to supervise the final production. The project manager will produce a detailed schedule charting work in progress. Clients can also attend recording sessions. Flexi's team of highly-experienced UK based sound engineers are accustomed to working to tight schedules and understand the audio tour concept.

All recording and editing is done in our state-of-the-art studios with its extensive music and sound effect library. After recording, tours are again checked by the Project Manager and client to ensure that the audio tour you receive is faultless.
